European Transfer Rumors Heat Up Ahead of January Window

As the January transfer window approaches, several high-profile moves are being reported across Europe’s top clubs.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is reportedly interested in signing Bayer Leverkusen defender Jeremie Frimpong, 23, and Brentford’s Sepp van den Berg, 22, from Liverpool.

Meanwhile, Canadian striker Jonathan David’s agent has told suitors like Juventus, Inter Milan, Liverpool and Manchester United that the 24-year-old Lille player wants a £5 million per year contract to join them on a free transfer.

Juventus are also said to be eyeing a loan move for 23-year-old striker Joshua Zirkzee from Manchester United in January.

Several top clubs, including Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle, are reportedly interested in signing 20-year-old Eintracht Frankfurt and Sweden midfielder Hugo Larsson in the winter window.
